Service design
With an academic foundation in Anthropology from the University of Melbourne and University of Sydney, Suzi has worked as a researcher and designer across a wide variety of projects, including on an apprentice safety project for Community Legal Service The Young Workers Centre, a digital transformation for frankie magazine, and a COVID-19 pivot for State Library Victoria. In October 2024 Good Design Australia awarded Gold to Ngarrngga, an online educational platform Suzi researched and co-designed in collaboration with Indigenous Knowledge Experts at the University of Melbourne, and built by Honest Fox. The goal of Ngarrngga is to empower all teachers across Australia to engage with First Nations knowledge systems, cultures and histories - and bring that into their classroom practice.
